Why Menifee calls Dinofloor

One family, and one kind of floor done properly

Plenty of flooring contractors will sell you carpet, tile and hardwood and treat concrete as an afterthought. Dinofloor Coatings goes the other way. Concrete is the whole business, so the grinder, the crack filler, the flake and the topcoat are all things Eddie uses every week rather than once a season. If you want a floor you can park a hot car on, drop a wrench on, and mop clean, that is the floor we build.

A coating is only as good as the concrete it grips, which is why the International Concrete Repair Institute publishes surface profile standards for exactly this work, and why we grind to meet them before a drop of resin goes down. It also means we tell you when a coating is the wrong answer. A slab that is heaving or breaking up through its full depth needs a different fix, and a coating over it just buys a year. Start with our epoxy flooring in Menifee, or read on for the whole range.

What we handle

Floor Coating Services in Menifee

Epoxy Flooring

Epoxy is a two-part resin that bonds down into open concrete instead of sitting on the surface like paint. Once it cures you have a seamless, hard, chemical-resistant floor with no grout lines and nowhere for oil or dust to hide. It is the base of almost every system we install. See how we approach epoxy flooring.

Garage Flooring Installation

The garage is the job we do more than any other. Hot tires, dropped tools, oil and Inland Empire sun all land on that one slab, and a flake or quartz system takes the lot while hiding the marks bare concrete shows off. Most garages are ground, coated and back in use within days. Here is our garage flooring installation.

Residential Flooring Installation

Around Menifee, Lake Elsinore and Murrieta, most of our work is homeowners who are tired of looking at gray, stained concrete every time the door goes up. Garages, patios and interior slabs get prepped, coated in the color and flake blend you pick, and sealed. Read more about residential flooring installation.

Commercial Flooring Installation

Workshops, service bays and small warehouses need a floor that survives daily traffic and daily cleaning. Solid color and quartz systems give you a hard, sealed, easy-clean surface, and we schedule the work around your hours so the doors stay open. See our commercial flooring installation.

Not sure which system suits your floor?

Tell us what the slab is doing and what you use the space for, and we will point you at the right finish with the full scope in writing before any work starts.

Straight answers to your floor coating questions

Do you install carpet, tile or hardwood?

No. Dinofloor Coatings is a concrete coatings specialist. We grind, coat and seal concrete floors, and that is all we do.

What is the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?

Epoxy is the hard base coat that bonds into the concrete. Polyaspartic is the topcoat that goes over it, cures faster and holds its color in the sun. Most of our floors use both, each doing the job it is best at.

Can you coat a floor that already has paint or an old coating on it?

Yes. Diamond grinding takes old paint, sealer and coatings off along with the top layer of concrete, which is exactly what a new system needs to bond to.

Do you work on commercial floors as well as homes?

Yes. We coat home garages and patios, and shop, service bay and light warehouse floors. The system changes with the traffic the floor takes.

How do I know a coating is right for my slab?

We look at it first. If the concrete underneath is sound, a coating is usually the best value there is. If the slab is moving or breaking up through its full depth, we tell you that instead of coating over the problem.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Menifee and work across Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Corona, Riverside and Chino. If you are not sure whether you are in range, just call and ask.
